Jim Wamelink – Vice President Restoration (WR Restoration) She has a wide range of experience in accounting, real estate, and computer systems. Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology. Karen joined the Ritenour Group in 2001 and serves as the CFO and Treasurer. Mike understands the building process from the perspective of a property owner, a general contractor and a subcontractor. In addition to working as a subcontractor, Mike has also constructed and financed large commercial projects. Mike has a wealth of knowledge in painting, coatings, flooring, tile and interior finish products and their application and installation. He specializes in interior construction and oversees all aspects of the finishes business. Mike grew up in the construction industry and has worked for The Ritenour Group for over 30 years.

Our services include selective demolition, specialized floor preparation, restoration, all interior finishes, and glass and glazing. Over the past several decades, the Ritenour Group has evolved and expanded into the commercial and industrial markets servicing customers in Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. The Ritenour Group was founded in 1960 as a small painting and decorating company, Lou Ritenour Decorators, Inc.
